Camp Cynrig is committed to the protection of your privacy. No information collected by us on this website will be sold, rented or loaned except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy and consented to by you. All personal information given to us through this website will only be held and used with care and in accordance with this policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 

Use of Information

We will not collect any personal information about you, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you, for example when you complete our contact form or place a booking direct through our wesbite. The only information that is stored is your name and email address.


We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about visitors to this website, use and other traffic patterns with connected, or third parties e.g. Google, Wix. However, we do not sell or share any information outside Camp Cynrig about you as an individual user of this website.


We would like to keep in touch so that we can make you aware of new offers, discounts and developments and may send you information via email. If you have granted consent to receive marketing communications by email, are a customer of ours or have previously asked for information about our  glampsite we may  send you related marketing communication by email. 

We do not provide your personal information to external organisations. At any time, if you do not want your information used for direct marketing purposes or if you do not want to receive marketing emails from us, please follow the unsubscribe link in one of the marketing emails. Please be aware that if you have a holiday booked we will send you service related emails, even if you have unsubscribed from marketing emails, as this is important information you will need for your stay.

We establish connections with other companies and organisations and enable you to access their websites directly from our website. We will try to provide you with links to high quality, reputable websites which we believe will be of interest and relevant to you, but please note that such third party websites are not under our control and we do not contribute to the content of such websites. Each company, organisation or public body operates its own policy regarding the sale of personal data and the use of cookies. 

When you click through to any of these websites you leave the area controlled by Camp Cynrig. We cannot accept responsibility for any issues arising in connection with the third party's use of your data, the website content or the services offered to you by these websites.

Under this Act we will only process any data we hold about you in a lawful and fair manner. How long do we keep your information?

Your personal information will only be held for as long as is necessary to provide services to you unless we need to for a longer period of time – for example where there is a legal / statutory obligation to retain information, or if our insurers require us to keep information for certain periods of time. If you subscribe to our mailing list, your information will be held until you choose to unsubscribe.
