Camp Cynrig is committed to the protection of your privacy. No information collected by us on this website will be sold, rented or loaned except as expressly stated in this Privacy Policy and consented to by you. All personal information given to us through this website will only be held and used with care and in accordance with this policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Use of Information

We will not collect any personal information about you, except where it is specifically and knowingly provided by you, for example when you complete our contact form or place a booking direct through our wesbite. The only information that is stored is your name and email address.

 

We may share non-personal aggregate statistics (group) data about visitors to this website, use and other traffic patterns with connected, or third parties e.g. Google, Wix. However, we do not sell or share any information outside Camp Cynrig about you as an individual user of this website.

Marketing

We would like to keep in touch so that we can make you aware of new offers, discounts and developments and may send you information via email. If you have granted consent to receive marketing communications by email, are a customer of ours or have previously asked for information about our  glampsite we may  send you related marketing communication by email.

We do not provide your personal information to external organisations. At any time, if you do not want your information used for direct marketing purposes or if you do not want to receive marketing emails from us, please follow the unsubscribe link in one of the marketing emails. Please be aware that if you have a holiday booked we will send you service related emails, even if you have unsubscribed from marketing emails, as this is important information you will need for your stay.
